Is hosting included?
The first 30 days are free, then hosting is AED 19 a month. If you'd rather host it elsewhere, we move your site to any host you choose, at no charge.
Who owns the site, and can I change it later?
You own it: the site, its text and your domain. Your two rounds of revisions cover changes in the 14 days after launch. After that, small changes like new text, photos or prices are AED 180 each, and bigger changes are quoted.
Which booking tools do you connect?
The one you already use, like Calendly, Square, Fresha, Acuity or Booksy. No tool yet? We set up a free one with real time slots. Prefer a simple contact form? That works too. No extra fee either way.
Who writes the text?
We do: your headlines, service descriptions and About page, written from what you tell us in the chat so it sounds like you. You read it on the live site, and your two rounds of revisions cover any changes.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
When you confirm your page list in writing, right after paying. We agree it with you in the chat first, then send a secure payment link. Your site is live within 48 hours of that confirmation, and the clock doesn't pause. If something is missing, like a photo or access to your domain, we launch with what we have and add it in your revisions.
Will my site look like the ones shown?
Yours is designed for your business, so it won't be a copy. The sites shown are the standard of work, and the samples on this page show how a design changes from one type of business to another.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, any photos, and the basics about your business. We write the text from what you tell us in the chat, and we go through anything that's missing.
What about extra pages or custom work?
The AED 999 site covers up to 5 pages. Anything beyond that, like extra pages, custom features or an online store, is custom work and quoted separately. Ask us on WhatsApp.
Is a domain included?
No, the domain isn't included in the AED 999. If you already have one, we connect your new site to it. If you don't, you register one in your own name, so you always own it. We walk you through it in the chat and connect it for you. Connecting your site doesn't touch your existing email.
Can I sell products on it?
It's built for service businesses that want enquiries and bookings. A full online store with many products isn't included.
What happens if it isn't quite right?
Every site includes two rounds of revisions in the 14 days after it goes live, so the final result matches your business. After those 14 days the project is closed, and small changes are AED 180 each.
How do I pay?
Through a secure payment link that we send you in the chat, once your page list is agreed. Once you've paid, you confirm the list in the chat and your 48 hours start.
