Terms of Service

1. Who we are

"SiteIn48", "we" and "us" refer to Nxtwave FZC, trading as SiteIn48, a free zone company licensed by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (licence no. 4414505.01), Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. "You" means the business or person buying our service. By buying, you agree to these terms.

2. What you get

For a one-time fee of AED 999, we build a website for your business (for businesses based in the UAE, see section 3). It includes:

  • up to 5 pages;
  • a mobile-ready layout and basic search engine setup (page titles, descriptions, headings and image alt text);
  • the website text, which we write from your kickoff call. You review it once your site is live, and your revision rounds cover any changes;
  • a contact form, or a connection to the booking tool you already use (for example Calendly, Square, Fresha, Acuity or Booksy). If you don't have one, we set up a free one. There is no extra fee for this;
  • connecting your site to your domain;
  • hosting for the first 30 days (see section 7);
  • two rounds of revisions (see section 6).

3. Price and payment

The price is AED 999, paid once, in full, in UAE dirhams at checkout. Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Whop, and its terms apply to the payment. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Work starts once payment is complete.

Who can buy. Our service is for businesses based in the United Arab Emirates. If, before you confirm your page list, we find that your business isn't based in the UAE, we refund you in full.

4. How it works and the 48 hours

  1. After paying, you book a 20-minute kickoff call.
  2. On the call we agree your pages. You then confirm the page list in writing (an email is enough).
  3. Your site goes live within 48 hours of that confirmation.

The 48 hours don't pause. If something we need from you is missing when we build (a photo, a logo, or access to your domain or booking tool), we launch with what we have and add the rest in your revision rounds. "Live" means your site is published at a working web address. If we don't have access to your domain by then, we launch on a temporary address, and that counts as live. The 48 hours and the 14-day revision window in section 6 both run from that launch, whether or not your domain is connected yet. We connect your domain once you give us access.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You give us accurate information about your business.
  • You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us (logos, photos, text). You're responsible for that content.
  • You check the text when your site goes live and tell us what to change. Claims about your business, prices, licences and qualifications on your site are your responsibility, so tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
  • You give us access to tools by inviting us as a user or connecting them yourself on a call. We don't ask for your passwords.

6. Revisions and later changes

Your site includes two rounds of revisions. A round is one combined list of changes within the agreed pages and features. Both rounds must be requested within 14 days of launch. After 14 days the project is closed, whether or not both rounds were used.

Once the project is closed, small changes cost AED 180 each. Bigger changes, and anything beyond the agreed pages or features, are quoted separately. We tell you which applies, and the price, before we start, and we only start once you agree.

7. Hosting

Hosting is included for the first 30 days after launch. After that, hosting costs AED 19 a month, billed as a monthly subscription through our checkout provider from day 30.

You can leave at any time. If you do, we move your site to any host you choose, at no charge. If a hosting payment isn't made, we remind you and give you 7 days to pay. After that we may take the site offline. We keep its files for 30 days, so you can restore it by paying or have us move it to another host.

8. What's not included

  • Domain. The domain name is not included. You register and renew it in your own name, and pay for it directly. We walk you through registering it and connect your site to it.
  • Custom work. More than 5 pages, custom features, online stores, members areas and web apps are custom work, quoted separately.
  • Paid plans of other tools. If your booking or form tool has a paid plan, you pay its provider directly.
  • Ongoing maintenance and marketing services, unless agreed separately in writing.

9. Ownership

You own your website, its text and your domain. We keep our general know-how and the reusable tools and code patterns we use to build sites, and we may use them for other clients. Parts made by others, such as fonts, icons, licensed photos and your booking tool, stay under their own licences.

We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

10. Refunds

  • Before you confirm your page list: full refund, any time, for any reason. That includes when none of the kickoff times suits you.
  • After you confirm your page list: the two revision rounds cover changes. We don't refund a change of mind.
  • If we're late: if your site isn't live within 48 hours of your page list confirmation and the delay is on our side, you get a full refund and you keep the site.

To ask for a refund, email hello@sitein48.com from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our checkout provider.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

11. Calls and recordings

By default, we record and transcribe our free calls and kickoff calls (using Calendly's notetaker) so we capture your requirements accurately. Our booking pages say so before you book. If you'd rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we'll take notes by hand instead. See our Privacy Policy for how recordings are handled.

12. Third-party services

Your site may rely on services we don't control, such as your domain registrar, your hosting provider, booking or form tools, and our checkout provider. Their terms and availability apply. We're not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes.

13. Warranties and liability

We build your site with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, the service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, leads or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to your purchase.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

16. How we stay in touch

We work with you on the channel you prefer (for example email or a messaging app). We agree it on your kickoff call. Whatever we agree, you can always reach us at hello@sitein48.com, including with questions about these terms.
